HANDLING TIME

  • Please allow 1-2 days handling time for your item once your order has been placed.
  •   Express Post orders are also subject to standard handling times. 
AUSTRALIA POST TRANSIT TIME ESTIMATE

 

Standard Delivery -  after dispatch dependant on your location you should receive your delivery within 2-14 working days.

  • Metro areas -  2-5 day
  • Regional postcodes 3-7 business days.
  • Remote regions with limited service - 5-14 business days.
Express Delivery -  after dispatch you should receive your delivery within 1- 7 working days to locations inside Aust Post express delivery areas.

  • Go to Auspost Delivery Estimate. Use as the sender's postcode 3065
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SMART ALEC HATTERS ORDER?

  • Confirmation email - Once we have processed your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • Tracking Number - In your confirmation email you will receive a tracking number for your order.
  • Text - You can choose to receive you tracking number by text.
  • Australia post tracking service - To track your purchase with Australia Post, click here and enter your tracking number.

HOW WILL MY SMART ALEC PARCEL BE DELIVERED?

  • Daytime address: We advise that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes. All products ordered will be delivered to the address provided by you and confirmed by us when you place your order.
  • Safe Drop: Orders will be safe dropped if there is a safe place to leave the goods.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PARCELS?

If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged please use your Australia Post Tracking number to investigate with Australia Post.
You can also send us an email info@smartalechatters.com.au and we will investigate.
While we will do our best to help you Smart Alec Hatters will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
