WHERE DOES SMART ALEC HATTERS DELIVER TO?
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Currently we are delivering to all postcodes within Australia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you are an international customer please send us an email info@smartalechatters.com and we will investigate what is possible for your request and location.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, and that your order can be tracked your Smart Alec order will be delivered via Australia Post.
As you go through the checkout process online, you will see the charges relating to the size and weight of your purchase. As a general guide:
STANDARD - FREE for orders over $200.
- Small parcel - begins at $10
- Mid Parcel - Begins at $12.95
- Large Parcel - Begins at $15
EXPRESS
- Small parcel - begins at $12.95
- Mid Parcel - Begins at $15
- Large Parcel - Begins at $20
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
HANDLING TIME
- Please allow 1-2 days handling time for your item once your order has been placed.
- Express Post orders are also subject to standard handling times.
Standard Delivery - after dispatch dependant on your location you should receive your delivery within 2-14 working days.
- Metro areas - 2-5 day
- Regional postcodes 3-7 business days.
- Remote regions with limited service - 5-14 business days.
Please note delivery dates supplied by Smart Alec Hatters are a best estimate only and the timing may be exceeded during peak/busy times and to rural areas, we thank-you for your patience.
AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY ESTIMATE BASED ON POSTCODE
- Go to Auspost Delivery Estimate. Use as the sender's postcode 3065
- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SMART ALEC HATTERS ORDER?
- Confirmation email - Once we have processed your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
- Tracking Number - In your confirmation email you will receive a tracking number for your order.
- Text - You can choose to receive you tracking number by text.
- Australia post tracking service - To track your purchase with Australia Post, click here and enter your tracking number.
HOW WILL MY SMART ALEC PARCEL BE DELIVERED?
- Daytime address: We advise that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes. All products ordered will be delivered to the address provided by you and confirmed by us when you place your order.
- Safe Drop: Orders will be safe dropped if there is a safe place to leave the goods.
